Visual Artist & Architectural Installation

Stanislava Pinchuk is an artist working across data-mapping, information-mining and conflict topographies, with a focus on how these systems intersect with language, literature and the politics of translation. Her practice spans architectural-scale installation, coding, film, performance, drawing, sculpture, painting and tattooing.


Pinchuk is the current serving Official War Artist of Australia.

Pinchuk’s work is held in major public collections such as the HE Museum, National Gallery of Australia, National Gallery of Victoria, ACMI and the Art Gallery of South Australia, including career surveys at Heide MoMA and FAC. Recent solo exhibitions and presentations include the Dallas Museum of Contemporary Art, Northern Centre for Contemporary Art, Gjon Mili Biennale 17, Manifesta Biennial 14, the Adelaide Biennial of Australian Art and Art Basel Hong Kong Encounters.

Recent commercial commissions include Louis Vuitton, Dior, Chanel, Gucci, Flos, Nike and Tiffany & Co.


Recent monograph publications include Vampirët (BFF Editions, 2026), The Theatre of War (Perimeter Books, 2024) and Unbordering Worlds (NCCA, 2023).
